Grader Operator

Description:
Caron Equipment Inc. is looking for a Grader operator with a range of experience. The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of road construction from start to finish, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
-
The participate must demonstrate a commitment to personal safety and the safety of others by following all safety policies and procedures
-
Participate in all training required for Heavy Equipment Operators
-
A detailed understanding of mining and /or industrial and /or civil construction methods
-
Ability to work on rotating shifts
-
Ability to work extended hours
-
Completing circle checks and hours of service paperwork
-
Ability to discuss and plan daily project grading procedures/goals with fellow personnel to maximize productivity and workmanship.
Other related duties as required but not limited to:

Valid Driver’s license

A safe driving record is required for this position

Adhere to all safety, health and environment policies and procedures

Work as a supportive team member and build good, respectful working relationships

Take part in all required training

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently

Levels of experience required – 2+ Years
